John and Sally bought The Valley Hotel as newly weds in the early 70's. Through out the years they have cared for many a traveller, wedding couple and local guest, while raising their children in the hotel. The hotel not only became a home for those working in the area but also, the hub of the community, renown for guests coming from the city of Belfast to enjoy a weekend away to the countryside, fishermen, and wedding guests.
