Star Success for The Valley Hotel
The Valley Hotel has officially been awarded the Northern Ireland Tourist Board 3 Star classification after a mystery inspector stayed on Tuesday 22nd November 2011. It was a big surprise on checkout the next morning when the inspector revealed himself to Velma our senior receptionist. He was very impressed with the overall friendliness of the hotel, food, cleanliness and quality of the recent refurbishments. He has given us a rating in the highest level of the 3 star rating category, we achieved 67% out of a possible 69%. This is a major achievement for the us and we would like to thank the staff who have played a big part in the hotels recent success.
